You can delete your Ballpoint account and associated app data from inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
Open Ballpoint, go to Settings, then choose Delete account in the Account section. The app asks you to confirm before deletion starts.
The in-app flow deletes your Ballpoint account, removes backed-up business records from our servers, signs you out, and wipes Ballpoint's local data from that device.
Delete without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Ballpoint account. If possible, send the request from the email address used for your Ballpoint account so we can verify ownership.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account. Once verified, we will delete the account and associated server-side app data as quickly as reasonably possible.
What is deleted
- Your Ballpoint sign-in account.
- Your synced company profile, customers, quotes, invoices, expenses and price-book records.
- Server-side AI usage records linked to your account, unless a minimal record must be kept for security, legal or billing reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Ballpoint account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account before the next renewal if you do not want to be charged.
